Can I use discount codes during the sale?
Unfortunately no as we're already offering the best price possible during the sale period. We will temporarily disable any active discount codes.
As a super small business, we appreciate your understanding on this.
If you have a Denz Gift card, this is considered a form of payment and can be used during the sale.
Can I combine my orders?
Unfortunately, during this busy sale period we are unable to combine multiple orders placed by customers. Not offering this allows us to be the most efficient and accurate as possible.
We will be keeping our $99 Free Shipping threshold active during the sale to assist customers who place multiple orders.
When will my order ship?
We've got extra hands working to help pack orders but we're still only a small team. We are expecting dispatch within 10 business days of order (though we are hoping for it to be much less).
Shipping times will be additional. We ship all orders within Australia as Express Post. We highly recommend you download the Australia Post app for shipping updates.
My address was wrong on my order
Get in touch with us immediately via our contact page, include your order number and the correct address. If we haven't already processed it we will change it over.
If your order has already been processed, we will need to wait for it to be returned to us by Australia Post and then we will return to you. An additional shipping charge may be incurred in this instance.
Will I be able to change my order after its placed?
We can't make any promises on this but if you get in touch with us immediately via our contact page, include your order number and the change requested. If we haven't already processed it we will do our best to accommodate you.
What if I need to return my order?
Our normal returns policy is in place. Please see more information here.
Please note that during the sale period we may take longer to get back to any enquiries.
I just ordered full price last week, can I have the discount?
Unfortunately, as a small business we are unable to issue refund the discount amount for previous orders.
Make sure you're signed up to our mailing list and SMS lists as they are always the first places we notify about upcoming sales and promotions.
Gift With Purchase Note
We've had some technical difficulties very early on when the sale went live. The issue has been been resolved and we are in the process of contacting customers who qualified for but could not select their FREEBIE.
For new orders, please note: you must select FREE GIFT in the cart. You will be given the option to select your gift when you hit $99. Hit the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner to make your selection. For orders over $199 please pop a note on your order for the second pair choice or we will select one for you.
If you do not select a Free Gift before checking out we will choose one for you. Stock is running low so we don't want anyone to miss out!
Gift With Purchase FAQs
How do I claim my gift?
Once you reach the purchase threshold you will be able to select your FREE pair in your shopping cart.
You MUST select your FREE pair when checking out in order to claim your gift. We will select one for you if you do not choose one.
Can I get a matching pair?
No, these pieces are designed to be mismtached and customised by adding and removing the pieces.
However, if you reach our second Free Gift threshold of $199, there's no reason you can't select the same pair again. You can then customise as you like with 2 full pairs.
Can I just buy these earrings?
No, we love them too. But they are a limited edition design to say thank you to the awesome peeps who have supported our sale and our business all year round.
We may release different colour versions or designs in the future. Make sure you're signed up to our mailing list.
Can I get an extra set of Huggie Hoops?
Unfortunately not. We've got just enough to cover our Gift With Purchase designs.
Can I swap the Hoops for regular Hooks?
Unfortunately not. The pieces in these earrings have been created specifically to fit on the Hoops.
