Within Australia
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days. You will recieve an email with your tracking number once shipped.
Standard Post:
- FREE for orders over $99
- $10 for orders under $99
- We use Australia Post Parcel Post for our Standard service.

Express Post:
- $15 flat rate
- We use Austalia Post Express Post for our Express service.
- See delivery times from Pomona, QLD 4568 here.
- Note: Express applies to postage only. Normal processing times as stated above apply.
International Orders
- All International orders are sent via Australia Post Standard with Tracking
- Orders will take 1-3 weeks to arrive from date of dispatch.
- Free Shipping for orders over AUD$150
- AUD$25 flat rate on orders under AUD$150
Taxes & Duties
- You are responsible for all taxed and duties incurred once the parcel arrives in your country.
- Please familarise yourself with these before purchasing.
Where we ship:
- Unfortunately, we are not dispatching orders to the US or Denmark at this time.
- If your country is not listed at checkout please get in touch.
Return to sender
If your parcel is returned to us as a return to sender you will be responsible for any postage costs associated with resending it.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before checking out. You have 30 minutes to change your address on your order once placed. You can do this via the confirmation page and email. If you realise after the 30 minutes, please get in touch and we will do our best to update it for you.
We also recommend downloading the Australia Post app to track your parcel once sent and to see if you need to collect it from your nearest post office. Australia Post no longer leave cards in mailboxes.
US ORDERS
Orders to the US are currently paused. We will notify US customers via our Mailing List when the service recommences though we have no current ETA for this.

- Denz + Co is not responsible for the theft/damage of any item/parcel after it has been delivered.
