We've got all hands on deck to pack during the sale but we're still only a small team. Times listed below are in addition to the packing time.

• Australia Post no longer leave a card in your mailbox. We recommend downloading the Australia Post App for up to date tracking and information about your delivery. Find out more here.
• We ship from Pomona, QLD 4568. You can calculate your delivery time here.

• Free Shipping for orders over $99
• Orders are sent by Australia Post EXPRESS.
• Flat rate fee of $10 for all orders under $99
• Our express shipping will take 1-2 working days to arrive from date of dispatch (remote areas may take an extra 2-5 days)

• Free Shipping for orders over AUD$99
• International orders are shipped with tracking.
• Flat rate fee of AUD$25 for all orders under AUD$99
• Orders will take 1-3 weeks to arrive from date of dispatch.
• All taxes and duties are payable by you when your order arrives. 

If your parcel is returned to us as a return to sender you will be responsible for any postage costs associated with resending it.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before checking out. We also recommend downloading the Australia Post app to track your parcel once sent and to see if you need to collect it from your nearest post office. Australia Post no longer leave cards in mailboxes.

Orders to the US are currently paused. We will notify US customers via our Mailing List when the service recommences though we have no current ETA for this.

Just a heads-up: we don't handle taxes and duties for UK orders. These will be payable by you when your order arrives. To find out what you'll need to pay, check with UK customs or your local tax authority.
