General Info
- Australia Post no longer leave a card in your mailbox. We recommend downloading the Australia Post App for up to date tracking and information about your delivery. Find out more here.
- We ship from Cooroy, QLD 4563. You can calculate your delivery time here.
- Postage to the US is currently suspended. See below for more information under US ORDERS.
Within Australia
- Free Shipping for orders over $99
- Orders are sent by Australia Post EXPRESS.
- Flat rate fee of $10 for all orders under $99
- Our express shipping will take 1-2 working days to arrive from date of dispatch (remote areas may take an extra 2-5 days)
International Orders
- Free Shipping for orders over $99
- International orders are shipped with tracking.
- Flat rate fee of AUD$25 for all orders under $99
- Orders will take 1-3 weeks to arrive from date of dispatch.
- All taxes and duties are payable by you when your order arrives.
US ORDERS
Orders to the US are currently paused as our postal service has suspended their package service. We are looking into alternative options for sending orders to the US and will update our policies here when possible.
Below is a note from Australia Post on the issue:
"26 August 2025: As a result of recently announced changes to import tariffs for postal items sent to the US and Puerto Rico, Australia Post will temporarily partially suspend postal services to the United States and Puerto Rico, effective 26 August 2025 until further notice.
This response is in-line with action taken by numerous postal operators internationally."
Return to sender
If your parcel is returned to us as a return to sender you will be responsible for any postage costs associated with resending it.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before checking out. We also recommend downloading the Australia Post app to track your parcel once sent and to see if you need to collect it from your nearest post office. Australia Post no longer leave cards in mailboxes.
UK orders
Just a heads-up: we don't handle taxes and duties for UK orders. These will be payable by you when your order arrives. To find out what you'll need to pay, check with UK customs or your local tax authority.
