Within Australia
- Free Shipping for orders over $99
- Orders are sent by Australia Post EXPRESS.
- Flat rate fee of $10 for all orders under $99
- Our express shipping will take 1-2 working days to arrive from date of dispatch (remote areas may take an extra 2-5 days)
International Orders
- Free Shipping for orders over $99
- International orders are shipped with tracking.
- Flat rate fee of AUD$25 for all orders under $99
- Orders will take 1-3 weeks to arrive from date of dispatch.
- All taxes and duties are payable by you when your order arrives.
UK Orders
Just a heads-up: we don't handle taxes and duties for UK orders. These will be payable by you when your order arrives. To find out what you'll need to pay, check with UK customs or your local tax authority.

Returns
Love It Or Return It Policy
We think you will love your Denz earrings and will be amazed at how lightweight they are. But if you’re not happy with them we have a 14 day love it or return it refund guarantee*.
Simply return your order in unworn, original condition* and we will refund you the price of the items.
*T&Cs
- Must be purchased directly from us on this website.
- Excludes sale items.
- Must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Original and return shipping is your own expense.
- Original condition means unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your order for an item of equal value, we can accommodate this up to 30 days from date of purchase. *
Simply return your order in unworn, original condition* and we will get in touch to arrange your exchange.

Return/Exchange Item Receipt
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or if the item isn’t received within the time frames listed above. We will be in touch if this is the case.
If approved, we will be in touch regarding your exchange or for returns, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Return Shipping
If you are eligible for a refund or exchange (see criteria above), send your items to: PO BOX 687, COOROY, QLD 4563.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Denz + Co are not responsible for items lost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend choosing a trackable service to return your item so you can keep an eye on it.
Late or Missing Exchanges
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will send you a tracking number once the item has been dispatched so you can keep an eye on it.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Care Instructions
- Wipe clean with lint free cloth.
- Avoid direct contact with spray on hair products like hairspray, dry shampoo etc.
- Not recommended to wear in water.
