Why isn't my discount code working?

Can I combine my orders?
Unfortunately, during this busy sale period we are unable to combine multiple orders placed by customers. Not offering this allows us to be the most efficient and accurate as possible.
We have kept our $99 Free Shipping threshold active during the sale to assist customers who place multiple orders.
When will my order ship?
We've got extra hands working to help pack orders but we're still only a small team. We are expecting dispatch within 10 business days of order (though we are hoping for it to be much less).
Shipping times will be additional. We ship all orders within Australia as Express Post. We highly recommend you download the Australia Post app for shipping updates.
Where is my order?
Your order will be shipped within 10 business days of ordering (though we are aiming for quicker). Shipping times are additional.
We will send a tracking number as soon as we have shipped your order. We recommend downloading the Australia Post App for up to date tracking and information about your delivery. Find out more here.
My address was wrong on my order
Once you place your order you have 30 minutes to make any address edits you need. There is a link on both the confirmation page and confirmation email that you will receive that has instructions on how to do this.
If it's more than 30 minutes and you realise you need to change something, we may not be able to help BUT please just contact us and we'll do our best.
Can I change my hook colour?
Add it as a note to your order and we will do our best accommodate your request.
Already placed your order? Get in touch with us, include your order number and the change requested. If we haven't already processed your order we will do our best to accommodate you.
