Why isn't my discount code working?
Discount codes have temporarily been disabled during the sale as we are currently giving you the very best price we can offer.
Can I combine my orders?
Unfortunately, during this busy sale period we are unable to combine multiple orders placed by customers. Not offering this allows us to be the most efficient and accurate as possible.
We have kept our $99 Free Shipping threshold active during the sale to assist customers who place multiple orders.
When will my order ship?
We got extra hands working to help pack orders but we're still only a small team. We are expecting dispatch within 10 business days of order (though we are hoping for it to be much less).
Shipping times will be additional. We ship all orders within Australia as Express Post. We highly recommend you download the Australia Post app for shipping updates.
Where is my order?
