Unfortunately, during this busy sale period we are unable to combine multiple orders placed by customers. Not offering this allows us to be the most efficient and accurate as possible.

We will be keeping our $99 Free Shipping threshold active during the sale to assist customers who place multiple orders.

We've got extra hands working to help pack orders but we're still only a small team. We are expecting dispatch within 10 business days of order (though we are hoping for it to be much less).

Shipping times will be additional. We ship all orders within Australia as Express Post. We highly recommend you download the Australia Post app for shipping updates.

Once you place your order you have 30 minutes to make any address edits you need. There is a link on both the confirmation page and confirmation email that you will receive that has instructions on how to do this.

If its more than 30 minutes and you realise you need to change something, we may not be able to help BUT please just contact us and we'll do our best.
