Why isn't my discount code working?
We're currently offering the best possible price with 50% off Archive, Discontinued & Seconds stock plus 20% off all other earrings.
If you would like an even better deal, you can take advantage of our Buy 5 Get a 6th pair FREE Bundle. Simply add 6 pairs from any collection to your cart and the cheapest will be FREE.
Can I combine my orders?
Unfortunately, during this busy sale period we are unable to combine multiple orders placed by customers. Not offering this allows us to be the most efficient and accurate as possible.
We have kept our $99 Free Shipping threshold active during the sale to assist customers who place multiple orders.
I missed out on an item that was in my cart
Items are not secured in your cart until you have finalised your order.
Unfortunately, during sale times items can sell out. To give yourself the best chance of getting the items you want, make sure you're on our Email and SMS lists. We always let our subscribers know first when sales are coming and when they are live.
When will my order ship?
We've got extra hands working to help pack orders but we're still only a small team. We are aiming to get everything out within 5-7 business days.
Where is my order?
We will send a tracking number as soon as we have shipped your order. We recommend downloading the Australia Post App for up to date tracking and information about your delivery. Find out more here.

Get in touch with us asap, include your order number and the change requested. If we haven't already processed your order we will do our best to accommodate you.

Add it as a note to your order and we will do our best accommodate your request.

I want to return my order
All Archive Sale orders are Final Sale. The only exception is where an item arrives as faulty. If this is the case, please get in touch. Our 20% off stock can be returned as per our usual policy here.
