Can I combine my orders?
Unfortunately, during this busy sale period we are unable to combine multiple orders placed by customers. Not offering this allows us to be the most efficient and accurate as possible.
We have kept our $99 Free Shipping threshold active during the sale to assist customers who place multiple orders.
When will my order ship?
We've got extra hands working to help pack orders but we're still only a small team. Our estimated turn around time for us to pack and dispatch orders is 5-10 working days. Shipping times are additional.
Where is my order?
Once we dispatch your order you will get an email with your tracking number.
Australian customers should download the Australia Post app to keep an eye on their order. Australia Post no longer leave cards in mailboxes so this app will tell you if your order is taken to the post office.
